Today’s land development environment is a complex web of regulations and processes which requires a knowledgeable design team to coordinate on multiple levels. Over the years, MHG has proven to be a reliable partner within the design group throughout the approval process. The company invests in proven technology from the most advanced land surveying equipment and training to staying abreast of recent advances in design tools. To assist our clients’ understanding of “Environmental Site Design” (ESD), MHG prepares and presents lunch time seminars to law firms, property managers, and architectural firms to explain what ESD is and how it will impact the land development in the State of Maryland.
