BMW of Rockville is located on a 3.6 acre property on Rockville Pike in Rockville Maryland. The development is a 5 story 276,000 SF project consisting of vehicle sales, service write-up, service bays, auto parts service and car wash. The upper three floors are devoted to customer and inventory parking. The site is a redevelopment of the existing dealership to expand the showroom to create a state-of-the-art full-service automobile sales and service facility.

 

MHG coordinated closely with the development team, City of Rockville staff, State Highway Administration, and the contractor through the land entitlement, engineering, and construction phases for this unique project.  MHG designed an intricate stormwater management system for the site as well as landscape, roadway, water and sewer, and storm drain improvements.
