Thrive Senior Living is an innovative operator of assisted living and memory care communities. Tribute at Black Hill opened in 2020. The 140 bed Assisted Living space features Studios and one-bedroom suites as well as a dedicated Memory Care floor. Other amenities includes the Butler Library, the Athlete’s Center, Blackrock Creative Studio, a botanical garden, bicycle paths, a memory terrace and an outdoor deck with fireplace.

MHG provided the Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Land Surveying services in conjunction with Preliminary and Site Plans along with final engineering/permitting and construction administration. The project includes several structural stormwater management planters integrated within the building architecture.
